Procuring is the first step where the quality of raw material is needed to be tested in order to ensure high end products. The raw material used by us in the process of manufacturing is directly procured from the farmers and it is the first stage where quality of spices is checked. Our procuring agents procure the raw spices from specific areas in the country where best quality spices are grown. This enables us in providing our clients with such fresh and unadulterated spice range at really affordable rates.
Because of seasonal cultivation of spices, our range is stored in farm fresh condition in cold storage houses. Since these spices are grown just once in a year, our team of skilled labor stores these spices in best suited environment conditions. This gives protection to our products from insect infestation and helps in retaining their natural color & aroma. This practice performed by our skilled labor help us to fulfill the demands of our clients by providing them with farm fresh products throughout the year.
Our organization uses high-tech machines and latest technology in the process of producing this spice range. In order to ensure the hygiene of the finished products, we always use automated machines for cleaning and grinding purpose and the raw material is never hand touched. The processing method performed by the machines, also ensure that these spices retain their original color and taste.
All our products are packed in Eco-friendly jute bags, poly sacks and paper bags as per the specifications provided by the clients. In order to provide optimum satisfaction to our customers, we pack these products in such a manner that their quality does not get compromised.
We consistently strive towards attaining total client satisfaction through our variety of Indian Spices. For this, we have developed a vast infrastructure, which is facilitated with various up graded machines used for both processing as well as packaging purpose. We process our range using natural and pure ingredients to ensure its pleasing aroma and mouth watering taste.
For processing these spices, we are supported by a well developed unit based in various parts of India like Indore in Madhya Pradesh and Kota in Rajasthan. We have set up units at Unjha which is in the western part and at Virudhunagar in Tamilnadu which is in the southern part of India. These units developed in various parts of India cut down unnecessary transportation expenses from carrying cultivation areas to the processing centres and then to the port for export.
